West Mix defeat Kaminari in Japanese National Cup

The Kansai West Mix has defeated the Kansai Kaminari 38 – 30 in the second round of the Japanese Rugby League National Cup competition.

Taking place at Osaka International University, the West Mix continued their dominance over the Kaminari in the National Cup.

West Mix lead for the entire duration of the game, with the visitors holding an 18 – 8 lead at halftime before sealing the victory.

The 2019 Japanese National Cup will feature five teams, with the Shinjuku Giants, South Ikebukuro and Tokyo Warriors from the Japanese Capital joining the two western teams.
